High School Upgrade

We're upgrading Glenunga International High School, giving students access to world-class facilities and creating local jobs.

What we've done

The Marshall Liberal Government is delivering a major upgrade of Glenunga International High School as part of our record $1.5 billion investment to build and upgrade schools across the state.

This $33.6 million upgrade is increasing the school's capacity to 2,200 students, enabling the transition of year 7 into high school and catering for future enrolment growth.

We are building a new three-storey science and technology building, a new double court gymnasium, more car parking and better outdoor spaces.

This is one of more than 100 school builds and upgrades that are being delivered - providing world-class facilities for our children and thousands of local jobs for South Australians.

What it means for you

  • Our kids will get a world-class education in a world-class school
