Turn the old Royal Adelaide Hospital (oRAH) site into a hub of technology, innovation and culture.
The Marshall Liberal Government has established a vibrant, world-class innovation, startup and growth precinct on the oRAH site – now known as Lot Fourteen.
Instead of the former Labor Government’s uninspiring plan to turn this site into a block of high-rise flats, what we are delivering at Lot Fourteen is creating thousands of jobs and showcasing South Australia to the world.
This site is already home to entrepreneurs, startups, small businesses and even global mega companies like Google and Amazon.
It also hosts the Australia’s National Space Agency, cementing South Australia as the undisputed national centre of Australia’s space industry and creating a pipeline of highly paid, highly skilled jobs for South Australians.
As well as growing our economy and creating jobs, Lot Fourteen also has a cultural dimension of international significance with an Aboriginal Art and Cultures Centre being built to showcase our rich and diverse Aboriginal cultures to the world and attract more visitors to South Australia.
This site offers so many exciting, job-creating opportunities for our state and what we have delivered so far is just the start.
