Upgrading the Marion
Road/Sir Donald
Bradman Drive
Intersection

We are upgrading intersections across the state – getting traffic and freight moving quicker and safer and creating local jobs.

What we've done

The Marshall Liberal Government is upgrading roads and intersections across the state – including the intersection of Marion Road and Sir Donald Bradman Drive, Brooklyn Park.

This project will reduce congestion, improve traffic flow around Adelaide Airport and cater for future traffic increases including the expected demand during construction of the North-South Corridor.

Construction is expected to start in late 2022 and be completed in 2024.

This project is part of our record $17.9 billion Building What Matters infrastructure program which is creating thousands of jobs and improving the lives of South Australians.

What it means for you

  • Getting you where you want to go quicker and safer
  • Less time in traffic means more time doing the things you love
  • Local jobs created during construction
