Upgrade the Woodside Road/Old Princes Highway intersection at Nairne

What we've done

Just like we promised, the Marshall Liberal Government upgraded the intersection between Old Princes Highway and Woodside Road at Nairne to improve traffic flow and prevent queuing over the railway line.

Our $13 million upgrade includes the construction of a four-way roundabout, realignment of the two T-junctions of Old Princes Highway with Saleyard Road and Woodside Road, and improved pedestrian safety features which are particularly important for Nairne Primary School students.

This upgrade is part of our record $17.9 billion Building What Matters infrastructure program which is creating thousands of jobs and improving the lives of South Australians.
