Gorge and Silkes Road
Intersection Upgraded

We are investing in infrastructure that reduces congestion, improves safety and creates local jobs.

What we've done

The Marshall Liberal Government is upgrading roads and intersections across the state – including the intersection of Gorge and Silkes Road, Paradise.

We have improved safety and traffic flow at this intersection by installing traffic lights, widening Gorge Road and extending the right turn lanes.

This project is part of our record $17.9 billion Building What Matters infrastructure program which is creating thousands of jobs and improving the lives of South Australians.

What it means for you

  • Getting you where you want to go quicker and safer
  • Less time in traffic means more time doing the things you love
  • More local jobs
